Right-click on shortcut you want to add to the Quick Reports menu and select Add to Quick Reports.
Tip: If you have selected saved report options for a report when you add it to the Quick Reports menu, those saved options are selected when you open the report from the Quick Reports menu. If you add the report from the All Tasks pane to the Quick Reports menu, you cannot select saved report options.
