Download Advanced Image Manager

In order to download Advanced Image Manager, you must have access to the Viewpoint Customer Portal.

  1. Log in to the Viewpoint Customer Portal at https://support.viewpoint.com/s/.
  2. From the home page, go to Products > ProContractor > Downloads.
    Note: All Estimating downloads are organized under the ProContractor folder.
  3. Click on the Advanced Image Manager (AIM) <version> folder.
  4. Click on the EXE file that is appropriate for your computer (32-bit version or 64-bit version), click Download, and save the install file.
    Important: You must save the install file to a local drive. Do not attempt to run the install file from the Viewpoint Customer Portal.
