Use the Standard Text screen to create a library of text fragments. The text fragment can be as little as a single word or as much as several sentences or paragraphs. You can insert these text fragments in certain fields that allow formatted text entry. Formatted Text Editor is available in many functions throughout the application.
Note: To open the Standard Text screen, click in the All Tasks pane.
