Field	Description
Status	Click to select the status of the company. . Active - Standard text entry is available for use and appears in lookup lists. Inactive - Standard text entry is not available for use and does not appear in lookup lists on other screens. However, it persists in previous selections.
Text	Enter the standard text. You can enter formatted text in this field. Click to open the Formatted Text Editor.


Field	Description
Use For	Click to indicate the functions in which the standard text entry is available. . All Functions - Standard text entry is available in all functions. If you select All Functions, the Allow checkboxes are disabled. Selected Functions - Standard text entry is available only in the selected functions.
Function grid - Each row in the grid is a function that allows formatted text entry. Select the Allow checkboxes as needed to enable the standard text entry to be used in a function.
