- Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.
- Select the Takeoff tab, if it is not already active.
- Click in the All Tasks pane.
- Under Edit Layers, select the layer you want to rename.
- Click Rename.
- In the Enter name of layer field, enter a new name for the layer.
- Click OK to rename the layer.
- Click Close.
