Use the Enter Invitation to Bid Responses screen to record the vendor responses to invitations to bid.
Note:
To open the Enter Invitation to Bid Responses screen, click in the All Tasks pane.
Note: After you enter an invitation to bid response, you may want to select vendors using
the Manage Invitation to Bid Selection screen.
