Select actions for buttons on your stylus or puck

  1. From the Buttons tab, select the button you want to change.
    Note: The Tip Button of a stylus should always be set to FIRE Button, which enables you to trace over a drawing to digitize quantities.
  2. Click Change.
  3. If you want to select an action that is specific to the Estimating module, select the Quest Commands option, select the action you want to assign to the button, then click OK. The button on the Buttons tab displays the action you selected.
  4. If you want to select an action that is a keyboard key, select the Keyboard Button option, select the action you want to assign to the key, then click OK. The button on the Buttons tab displays the action you selected.
  5. Repeat steps 2 - 4 for each button you want to select an action for.
  6. When you finish selecting actions, click OK.
