Bold Description |
Select the checkbox to set the memo descriptions in bold type. |
Include Reference |
Select the checkbox to include reference numbers in the export. |
Include memos inside assemblies |
Select the checkbox to export memos for cost items within assemblies. |
Options for Report popup
Field |
Description |

Date |
Displays the current time and date which is printed in the report footer. |
Company |
Select the company associated with the estimate. The selected company becomes the default footer, but if the footer text is changed, the company is not printed on the report. |
Title |
Displays the name of the report. If needed, you can modify the title. Enter the title text to appear on the report. |
Header Line 1 |
Displays the name of the selected catalog. The header text is not printed on the report. |
Header Line 2 |
Displays the name of the folder for the cost item when applicable. The header text is not printed on the report. |
Footer |
Displays the company selected in the Company field. If needed, you can modify the footer text. Enter text to appear at the bottom of the report. |
Print All |
Select the checkbox to print all pages in the report. Deselect this checkbox to select the pages of the report to print. This checkbox is available when the Print Selection checkbox is deselected. |
Print With Grid |
This checkbox does not apply to this report. |
Print Selection |
Select the checkbox to print selected memos. Deselect the checkbox to activate the Print All checkbox. |
Print Portrait |
Select the checkbox to print the report in portrait layout. Deselect this checkbox to print the report in landscape layout. |
Start Page |
Enter the first page of the report to print. This field is only available if the Print All checkbox is deselected. |
End Page |
Enter the last page of the report to print. This field is only available if the Print All checkbox is deselected. |
