How Can I add my Field Ticket Number to PM Daily Logs

The Field Ticket module allows you to combine Vista’s PM Daily Logs with Timecards and Production Entry.

When you create a new Field Ticket a Number is assigned, to add this number to your PM Daily Log you must add a User Defined field.
  1. In Vista’s VA Custom Fields Wizard (Viewpoint Administration > Programs > VA Custom Fields Wizard), create the UD field udWorkOrderNumber on the form PMDailyLog, Input Type Text, Length 50.
  2. In Field Management, go to Admin > Portal Settings and select Refresh Synonyms. This will update the links between Vista and your portal.
  3. Create a new Field Ticket to test your ud Field.
