The Pending PO and Subcontract Review feature allows users to submit POs to be reviewed and approved before being processed.
To configure pending PO / subcontract review in the portal, admins must
configure settings and processes in both Vista and Vista

After completing the configuration setup, users can create and submit pending POs, and reviewers can approve pending POs and subcontracts in the portal.
