The Analyse functions allow you to view and export data on tasks and forms for all projects within your business unit, giving you visibility into your projects and the tools to make better decisions.
These functions allow you to:
View information on statuses on projects
Compare different projects over a time period.
For example, if you have multiple projects that use the same form for clean-up notices, you can see how many are open, in progress, or closed. If the same subcontractor is doing the work on all those projects, you could see if they are working consistently across the projects or if they are working better on one project than another.
The Analyse functions allow you to compare project information over a time period. For example, you can compare the number of tasks raised this year versus the number of tasks raised last year.
