View Form Answer Frequency Using an Existing Layout

Create a report on the frequency of all answers used on a form.

In addition to using an existing layout, you can customize the Forms Answer Frequency to see the information just the way you want to. Once you customize the layout, you can save it to use again later.
Fastpath: Analyse > Form Answer Frequency
  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
  2. Select Analyse > Form Answer Frequency.
  3. In the Layout field, select the saved layout you want to view.
  4. Click Load.
  5. Select the Include Inactive Projects checkbox to see inactive projects in the results and click Apply.
    If needed, you can filter the data on individual fields. See Filter Fields in Analyze.

    If needed, click on a column header to sort the information in that column. Click on the column header again to change the sort order.

You can export the information in this report to use it in another application.
