You can configure a Logical (Yes/No) question in a form
template so that a Yes or No answer will enable a related group of questions.
In the form template where you want to add question logic,
insert one or two Question Groups that relate to the Logical question. Create one
Question Group to be enabled if the answer to the Logical question is Yes, and/or
another Question Group to be enabled if the answer is No. For more information, see
Insert a Question Group into a Form Template.
For example, consider a form created for use while
inspecting a bedroom. You might want to enable a group of questions that apply only if
the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In this case, you can configure this group of
questions to be enabled if the answer is Yes to a question asking if there is an
en-suite bathroom. - Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.

- In the row for the form where you want to configure a Logical Question, click
Design.

In the Form Designer, insert or navigate to a question of
the Logical question type (Yes/No). Make sure the
following options have NOT been selected:
- Add and Remove Form/Task Actions
- Default Answer
- Good Answer
- Make Default Answer Read Only
- Allow Multi Answer

In the logical question, click Question Logic.

In the Add Question Logic window, select question
groups:

A red asterisk displays to indicate that this logical question has Question Logic applied.
