Use this table for reference when entering information for a predefined answer in Field View or in the template. All fields are optional, but some have default answers. If you use tiers for hierarchical answers in the template, each previous tier must have an answer.

Weight |
Enter a number to show the importance of an answer when analyzing form data. Higher numbers give more importance. The default answer is 0. |

Score |
Used in calculating a score for form data analysis. You can use up to four decimal places. If predefined answers in a list of predefined answers have scores, then questions using the predefined answer list can be included in Calculation question type questions. |

Color |
Use a hex code to select a background color for the answer. The color appears on the form and in reports. |

Active |
A True/False answer. True makes the answer visible for the question. The default answer is True. This field is helpful when making a copy of a predefined answer group. |

Tiers 1-7 |
The hierarchy of possible answers. The answers must be unique and are limited to 100 characters. See Predefined Answers Group Template Tiered Answers Example for more information. |
