Download a Template for Process Dates

You can download the template for process dates, used to quickly enter dates in MS Excel and then upload to Field View.

Make selections on the Import Dates screen to customize the template you download to match the information you want to upload.
Fastpath: Project Setup > Process Manager Setup > Import Dates
  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
  2. Select Project Setup > Process Manager Setup > Import Dates.
  3. In the Location field, click, select the location you want to import, and then click Apply.
  4. In the Process Name field, click the type of process you want to import.
  5. In the Choose Field to Import/Export area, select the option for the type of information you want to import related to processes.
  6. Click the Export button .
  7. Save the file using the browser controls.

Once you download a template, complete the information in the Excel file, and then upload the data.
