Once you assign a business unit process to a project, you need
to specify a package on each task in the process (and sub-process) to be able to use the
process on the project.
Assign the business process to the project.
- Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
- Select .
- In the left pane, click the process to see the tasks within it, right-click on a task, and then click Edit Task.
- In the Package field, select the
package to which the process task belongs.
The Issued to Organization field is updated with the organization
associated with the package.
- Click the Save Changes button

The red exclamation icon is removed from the task. When all the tasks in a process have been updated with a package, the red exclamation icon is removed from the process. Then the process can be activated on the project.
