Add a new cause that indicates the reason something occurred
or needs to be done.
Use the search feature to ensure that the cause you want to add doesn't
already exist.

- Select the Add button

In the Cause Description field on the
Add Cause window, enter a
description for the cause.
Note: Remember that everyone who uses Field
View in the Viewpoint data center, not just
your company, can see and use the cause you
add.
- Select Save.
The new cause is available to use in Field
View.
