Edit Project Specific Roles

You can change a user’s individual role on the project by editing the Project Specific Roles for that user.

  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
  2. Click Project Setup > People Setup Summary to open the People Setup Summary page.
  3. Select the user, and then right-click and select Edit Project Specific Roles.
    The Project Specific Roles dialog appears.
  4. Use the Organisation drop down list to select the correct organization for the user.
  5. Select the roles that you wish to apply to that user for the organisation, and any other options, and then choose Save.
