Use the tree view to assign a workflow to be used for
checking a location. This enables you to assign the same workflow template to multiple tier
levels of locations at one time.
Alternatively, you can assign a workflow template to a location using the grid view.Fastpath:
- Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.

In the Locations pane on the left of the Assign Checking - Tree View screen,
expand the locations tree and select the checkboxes for the locations to which you
want to assign a workflow template.
To select only a parent tier without
selecting all its child tiers, first click the
Toggle Parent button

In the Assign one Workflow Template grid, select the checkbox for a
workflow template and click
.
The Select Classification window
appears.

In the Select Classification window, select the checkbox next to each
classification that you want and click Assign.
Note: To assign the workflow to only the
Location(s) you selected in the previous screen, select the last option in the
list (All Selected Locations And
Assets) before clicking Assign.
The workflow template is displayed in bold next
to each location or asset.After devices have been synced, the
workflow status for the location also displays in the Field
View app.
