Set the order of statuses in a workflow template so they appear in the order they should
be used. This makes it easier for everyone to understand which status comes next in the
process.
Statuses are listed in the order they are added. If you added the statuses in the order
they should be used, you do not need to set the order.Fastpath:
- Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that no project is selected in the Project field.

Click on the workflow template you want to work with in the Workflow
Templates area of the Workflow Templates
screen.

In the Workflow Template Statuses area on the right, click
.

In the Sort Workflow Template Statuses screen, drag and
drop each status up or down to set the order of the statuses for the
workflow.

When the statuses are listed in the correct order, click
Close.
Note: When using combination filters in the grid, all statuses before Complete
are considered Non Complete.
You can now use a non-process workflow when creating form templates, non-process task
types, and locations. Process workflows can be used when creating processes. You can
also assign roles to workflows to set security on them.
