Filter the items to make it easier to find your work. Use the Filter Dashboard to save the filters.
- Select the
Filter icon. - Select the work you want to filter.
- Use the fields to select your filter criteria.
When you select an option, a blue bar or Filter icon displays near the field.
- If you are saving the filter, select Add to Dashboard. The Add to Dashboard or New Dashboard window displays.
- You can change the name of the filter.
- The filter displays the number of items that match the criteria.
- Tap Save.
- Field
View returns you to the filter window.
- Select Apply to apply the filter to the project.
Field
View displays the project with the selected filter. If you saved the filter, you can access it through the Filter Dashboard.
