Auto Download a New Project to a Device

You can automatically download a new project to your device in Field View if the auto-download function has been selected for that project. You will need to be assigned to the project in order to see it. If the auto-download function hasn't been selected, you should receive an email with a QR code for that project instead.

The following needs to be correctly configured for the project or you may not see it in the list of available downloads. The project needs to be:

  • Active

  • Past its start date

  • Not past the finish date

  1. Log in to Field View.
  2. If the project is visible on the Project page, tap the project to download it.
  3. Select Yes to start the download.
    The project will download and sync in Field View.
  4. Once finished, select Project from the Settings to download or work on another project, or continue to work on the one just downloaded.
