You can change the columns that are displayed in the list of assets so that you only see the information that is relevant to you. You can also change the order of the columns.
By default, all columns show in the list of assets. When you change the columns, your view of the list of assets is affected for all projects. Other users cannot see your changes. You cannot hide the REF column.- Select the menu
icon in the upper left corner, then choose Assets. - Select the Add/Remove Columns button
.The Column Configuration pane appears.
- Clear the checkbox for each column you no longer want to see in the list. Ensure that the checkbox is selected for each column you want to see.
- To change the order of the columns, select the column name in the list and drag it to the location where you want it to display.
- Select the Hide Column Selection button
to hide the Column Configuration pane.
The assets list now shows only the columns you selected, in the order you arranged them.
