Attach, View, or Delete an Image to an Asset

You can attach an image file to an asset to store the file with the asset in Field View. You can view an image that was previously attached. You can delete an image from an asset if you want to permanently remove the image.

You can attach more than one image file to an asset at a time.

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Assets.
Select Images in the row of the asset to which you are adding or viewing an image.

Note: If there are no images on the asset, the Images button appears lighter in color. If there are images on the asset, the Images button appears darker in color.

The Asset Details window appears with any images that have already been uploaded.
View the image. Use the arrow keys at the image corners to navigate through the images. Close the window if you are finished.
To upload an image, select Upload .
1. Select Choose Local Files or Add Files From VFP.
  The Upload window appears.
2. Navigate to and select the image file, then choose Open or Upload.
  
  Note: You can hold the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple files.
  
  You can see the status of the upload in the Asset Details window. Wait for the status to change to Complete for all images before continuing.
To remove an image, select the Delete trash icon to the right of the image you want to delete, and choose Delete to confirm the deletion.
Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Asset Details window.

The Images

button appears darker in color indicating that a file is attached. If you removed the images, the button appears lighter.
