Activate or Deactivate an External Organisation

You can activate or deactivate an external organisation. Deactivated organisations will not appear in the new project organisation list.

Deactivating an organisation has no impact on projects where the organisation is being used. Deactivating a shared organisation has no impact on other enterprises.

  1. To deactivate an organisation :
    1. Select the checkbox for the organisation you want to deactivate.
    2. Select Deactivate.
    3. In the confirmation window, select Deactivate.
  2. To reactivate an organisation :
    1. Select Filters in the upper-left corner of the Organisations table.
    2. Choose Show Inactive Organizations and select the checkbox.
    3. Select the organisation you want to reactivate.
    4. Select Activate.
Field View activates or deactivates the selected organisation.
