With the correct permissions, you can request a form ownership change to another user on the project when viewing the list of forms on the web application. You can only change ownership of the form if you own the form.
The user getting the request has the option to accept or decline it, or forward it to another user. You’ll be able to approve the forward request before it is sent to a different user.
