Complete a Form

Modified: 6 Jun 2026 Viewpoint Field View Help

You can fill out a form on the web application by answering all the questions on the form. You can quickly complete questions on a form with "good" answers to fill in the answers with a specific response for each question.

A form has to be added to a project before you can complete it. See Add a Form to a Project.
Forms are completely customisable, so we can't tell you exactly how to complete a particular form.

You can also complete all questions in a form with "good" answers to quickly complete a form. You may answer some questions on a form and then complete the remaining questions with good answers. A questions is only completed with good answer if it doesn't already contain an answer and if a good answer has been defined in the template for the question.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.

Note: You can filter the list of forms to make it easier to find the form you want to work with. See Filter or Remove Filter from the List of Forms for details.
