Delete an Image Attached to a Form

You can delete an image from a form answer if you want to permanently remove the image.

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.
Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
In the REF column, select the Form number you want to work with.

Note: You can filter the list of forms to make it easier to find the form you want to work with. See Filter or Remove Filter from the List of Forms for details.
Select Images in the row for the form answer you want to work with.

Note: If there are images attached to the form answer, a red icon in the corner of the button displays the number of images attached .

The Form Answer Details window appears.
Select the Delete trash can icon in the upper-right of the image you want to delete.
Choose Yes to confirm that you want to delete the image.
Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Answer Details window.
The form is saved automatically.

The image is permanently removed from the form answer.
