Delete a Form Answer

You can delete a form answer to remove the answer from the question. If you are changing the answer, you can edit the form answer instead.

Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.
Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
In the REF column, select the Form number you want to work with.

Note: You can filter the list of forms to make it easier to find the form you want to work with. See Filter or Remove Filter from the List of Forms for details.
In the row for the form you want to delete, select and select Delete.
Choose Yes to confirm that you want to delete the answer.

The answer is deleted. You can add a new answer to the form question.
