If you are the owner of a form, you can request another user contribute information to the form, whether it be edits, comments, or views.
- Select the menu
icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms. - Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
- Select the three dots for your form. You can use the filters to find your forms more easily.
- Choose Form Contribution Request.
Field
View opens the Contribution Requests window.
- Select +Request Form Contribution.
- Select the user’s organisation and the user.
- Choose 2 Permissions and Rights at the top of the window.
- Choose Select Rights for the group, and choose Can Edit, Can Comment, or Can View.
- Enter the completion date in the Needs Completion By field.
- Add any necessary comments.
- Choose Save or Save & Add New to request more contributions.
Field
View sends an email to the user with the information about the form request. The user can accept, decline, or forward the request. Field
View also adds a contribution request icon to the form row.
