Modify a Comment to a Form

You can add a comment to a form to record additional information related to the form, or edit a comment already on the form. You can view the comment without taking any action, and you can delete a comment from a form if you want to permanently remove the comment.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Forms.
  2. Select the Forms tab if it is not displayed.
  3. Select the Comments button in the row for the form where the comment is located.
    Note: If there are no comments on the form, the Comments button appears lighter in color. If there are comments on the form, the Comments button appears darker in color.
    The Form Details window appears. You may need to scroll to see all the comments. If you were viewing the comment, you can close the window.
  4. To add or edit a comment, select the Add Comment button or the Edit pencil icon and enter your comment for the form in the Comment field.
  5. To remove a comment, select the Delete trash icon to the right of the comment you want to delete, and choose Delete to confirm the deletion.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Form Details window.
If you added a comment, the Comments button appears darker in color. If you removed the comments, the icon appears lighter.
