Add a form in the plan view using the web application to a specific location on a project.
If you add a pin to a BIM model that's connected to a drawing, the pin also displays in the drawing. If the model isn't connected to the drawing, select the drawing to manually add the pin.- Select the menu
icon in the upper left corner, then choose Plan View. - Select the location for the form in the location list. The drawing displays.
- If you are adding a form on a 360 photo, select the photo pin.
- Select Add in the upper right corner and choose Form. If you are looking at a photo, select the pin location.
A pin displays in the drawing.
- Drag the pin to the Form location and select Continue.
- If the pin was placed within a calibration, select the associated element and choose Continue.
- In the Select Type field, choose the type of form you want to add to the project.
- In the Select a Form Template field, choose the form template that you want to use.
Form template names display in the following format: Form Template Name (Form Template ID) - Form Version. For example, JobForm (10035) - v(2).
- Choose Create.
Field
View creates the form. Complete the information as needed.
