Import Process Dates

You can import process dates from MS Excel, so that you can upload the process dates into Field View.

Download a process date template and enter the information in an Excel workbook before starting this procedure.

Make selections on the Import Dates screen to customize the template you download to match the information you want to upload.

Fastpath: Project Setup > Project Processes > Import Data

Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Processes.
Select the Import Data tab.
Select the Filter icon.
Select the process and location where the dates will be imported.
Select Import from Excel from the Actions menu.
Navigate to and select the file. Select Open.

The data from the Excel template is displayed on screen.
