View a Document Attached to a Process Task

You can view or save a document that has been attached to a process task.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Processes.
  2. In the Ref column, select the process you want to work with.
  3. Select the List tab.
    Note: You can also view a document attached to a process task from the Summary tab by choosing the task cell and then selecting Documents.
  4. Select the Documents button in the row of the process task with the document you want to view.
    Note: If there are no documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears lighter in color. If there are documents attached to the process task, the Documents button appears darker in color.
    The Process Task Detail window appears.
  5. Select the name of the document you want to view.
  6. Use the internet browser options to open or save the file.
  7. Select the Close button in the upper right corner to close the Process Task Details window.
