Change the Password for a Device

You can change the password for a device to ensure secure access to Field View.

  1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Project Setup. Select Devices.
  2. Select the REF column for the device you want to work with.
    The Edit Device screen appears.
  3. Select Change Password above the Name field.
  4. In the New Password field, enter the new password.
  5. Select Change Password.
    Field View changes the password and returns you to the Edit Device page.
  6. Select Save.
The password is changed for the device.
