Device information expires every seven days unless the device is enrolled during that time. If the code expires, regenerate the enrollment information, including the QR code. The device must have been added to the project. You cannot regenerate the code of a custom device name manually created in Field View Classic.
The Field
View app must be installed on the mobile device. The app can be installed through the app store for iOS and Windows devices. For Android devices, install from Google Play. See Install the Field

The device password must be changed in order to regenerate the code.
