Notification Communication History

You can view the communication plan of all emails sent by Field View for a project and export the history as a CSV file.

  1. Confirm that the correct business unit and project are displayed at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Project Setup. Select Notification Preferences.
  3. Select Notification History in the left pane.
    The Notification History displays the list of emails sent by Field View for the Project.

    Notification Sent means the email left the Field View server.

  4. Use the Filter field to find a specific email address or notification.
  5. Select the arrow next to the address in the Email To column to see the body of the sent email.
  6. If you need to resend multiple notifications, select the tick boxes next to the names in the Email To column. Select Actions > Re-send Notifications.
    To resend only one notification, select the circular arrow at the end of the row for the notification.
  7. If you want to download your notification history, select Actions > Download to CSV.
  8. If you want to download the history of people, organisation, or package notifications, select Notification Preferences in the left pane and choose Download as CSV in the upper right corner.
