You can delete a document from a task if you want to permanently remove the document.
- Select the menu
icon in the upper left corner, then choose Tasks. - Click the Documents button
in the row for the form you want to work with.
Note: If there are no documents attached to the form, the Documents button appears lighter in color. If there are documents attached to the form, the Documents button appears darker in color.
The Task Details window appears.
- Select the Delete trash can icon button to the right of the document you want to remove.
- Select Yes to confirm that you want to delete the document.
- Select the Close button
in the upper right corner to close the Task Details window.
The document is permanently removed from the task.
