The following are new or enhanced features in the Field View web application in 2017-R6.
Improved Security for Project Admin Role
Newly created Project Administrators within new enterprises will no longer
have access to the higher level BU security options. This will not apply to already
existing Enterprises. In order to limit the ability of existing Project Administrator
roles – edit the existing role directly.
- People will now need to be invited onto the project using user invitations. Roles are limited to Project Editor, Client, and Subcontractor.
- Existing people from the business unit can be assigned using .
- The BU admin can assign new Project Administrators using BU invitations.
