You can export the Information Planner to a Microsoft Excel file so
that it can be altered by individuals outside of Viewpoint For Projects™.
- In the navigation tree, select the BIM container
for the model to display the BIM homepage.
- Select the Information Planner tab.
- Click Export
.Viewpoint For Projects™ creates the Excel file in your
Downloads folder.
The Excel file contains an Overview tab that displays the
high-level, summary information from the Planner, as well as separate tabs for the role,
stage, and deliverable details.
