You can house critical documents in the Key Documents
area of the Project Guidance tab so that other users have ready access to them in their
native format.
You may opt to create/add a new container under the BIM
container that you can then link to the Key Documents area in Step
5.

In the navigation tree, select a BIM container
to display the BIM Home page.

Click Configure Project
Protocols
and click Key Documents.

Click Edit.

Take one of the following actions:
- If you have not configured this
feature before, click Not set, click to select.
- If you have configured this feature
before and want to change the associated container, click the x near
the associated container. Then click Not set, click to
select.
The system displays the list of eligible containers
that you can select from to link to Key Documents. Eligible containers
are those which are under the BIM container.

Select a container from the list that
appears.

Click Associate
Container.

Click Save.
The files from the
associated container display in their native formats when you select the
Project Guidance
tab and click Key
Documents.
