Manage Container Download Format

Viewpoint for Projects gives you the ability to assign a download format for files in a public container. When you download files from a public link, the files will adhere to the download format configured for the container.

To set the download format for a container:

  1. Right click on an enterprise/site/project and select Configure > Container Download Format.
    The Manage Download Format window will get displayed.
  2. Select the ellipsis menu next to a download format and select Set Download Format.
The ellipsis menu provides options to view the download format, delete the download format, and view the activity log. See Create a file download format for more information.
