Create keywords that users can use to tag and search for items later.
- At the enterprise level, navigate to .
- In the navigation tree, right-click on the location where you want to create
the new keyword and click Add.
A blank field appears in the navigation tree under the level on which
you clicked.
- In the blank field, enter a name for the keyword.
- Click OK to save your changes.
Once you have created the keywords, you must enable them before users can apply them.
