Log In to the MS Outlook Plugin

Provide your Viewpoint For Projects login credentials to access the 4Outlook plugin, accessible via your Microsoft Outlook client.

If you are based in North America

Instead of entering your VFP login password to log in to the plugin, you must generate and insert a one-time personal access token (PAT) into the password field. See Generate a Personal Access Token (NA only).

  1. Double-click on the 4Outlook icon in the top navigation bar.
    Your 4Outlook navigation tree appears to the left of your Outlook client.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Enter your VFP username and password and click Login.
    Note: If you're using a personal access token, paste the copied token as your password.
A full navigation tree is displayed within Outlook, where you have access to Your Personal Container and your Enterprise.
Use the plugin to upload emails.
