Emails generated by Projects may be mistakenly marked as spam or junk mail. Check your junk email folders, and, if you don't see the emails, contact your local IT department to determine if emails are being filtered.
If this is the case, your IT staff should add 4Projects or the appropriate IP address to the allowed list.
