If you're trying to invite a user to a security group and the group won't show up in the invitation list, you might be missing the Add Members permission for that security group.
- In the main navigation tree the Site, Project, or container where the security group was created, select Administration.
- Select Security Groups.

Right-click on the mouse icon
and select Permissions.
- From Group or Profile Permissions, select the security group.
- From Permissions, select Allow next to Add Members.
- Click Apply.
