The Unread Items folder of My Inbox includes items which have not been marked as read or opened by you. These items may not have been specifically distributed to you but have been uploaded to your projects.
Note: In order to save this page, you have to use the Modernize UI toggle.
This enables you to monitor project progress and view relevant documents, drawings, tasks, discussions, mark ups, etc.
The Unread Items folder contains the following sections:
- Unread items - These are all items that have been uploaded and have not been marked as read or opened by you previously. This does not include distributions.
- Unread distributions - These are any distributions (notification or matrix transmittals) which have been created but have not been read or opened by you previously.
Once you open an item to view it or select the check box and click Mark as Read at the top of the column, the item will no longer appear in your Unread Items folder.
