When you download files from the application, they are named using a default naming convention. You can change the default naming convention used when you download files.
- Click Personal Settings in the navigation tree.
- Click on User Settings under Options.
- Click on Configure in the USER_DOWNLOAD_FORMAT row.
The User Settings Wizard will display.

Select the format of your downloaded files in the
field and then click Finish.
Note: This option affects batch downloads of documents and does not affect
single item downloads.
