After accepting the invitation to join the tender project, review the tender
documents and accept the offer to bid.

Access the tender documents by opening the tender project in the main site menu.
The documents are displayed in a sub-folder.

Review the tender documents.

To accept the tender project, click on the tender project in the main site menu
to display the Summary page, and then click
Accept.
You can only accept a tender project before the phase acceptance deadline has
expired.
