Download Items

You can download items that you previously uploaded in order to revise them or to save them locally.

Learn how to download items by following the steps below or by watching this tutorial.

  1. Click in the column next to the item that you want to download. Hold down CTRL and click to select multiple items.
  2. Click the button to download your document.
    A separate window will appear so you may specify where you would like to save the item.
    Restriction: If your internet browser is set to block downloads, follow the browser's directions to allow it.
  3. When the download has finished, you'll receive a message.
You can also click on the item's name and click Save As when prompted to download an item's primary file.
